SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. What are the shipping fees for delivery in India?
   We ship our products using various post services. All Prepaid orders which are below ₹299/- will have an additional ₹30/- Shipping charge. All Prepaid Orders above ₹299/- are eligible for free shipping.
2. Do you have COD delivery?
   Yes, we do have COD delivery for Indian Customers. We charge a cod fee of ₹60/- for cod orders below ₹399/-.
3. Who pays for shipping if i send them back?
   Customer is liable to pay for shipping for a product being returned.
4. How long does it take for the delivery?
   Generally, it takes 3 - 7 working days.
5. My items have not arrived what can i do ?
   Track your order through the tracking id provided in the email. For any reason if you feel the shipment is delayed than expected, do write us to care@innovedatea.com or call us on 7800802345 and we will be happy to assist.
6. How can i track my shipment?
   You can track your shipment by clicking on the orders page. You can also track your shipment by heading to our dedicated tracking page. Simply enter your "order id" or "awb number" to track your order.
