Due to the nature of our food products and for hygiene and personal care reasons, we do not accept returns on food items unless they fall under the categories of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and replacements in such specific circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that due to hygiene and personal care standards, all our food products are non-returnable. This includes teas, herbs, spices, and seasonings.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items):

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free replacement, as applicable, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Notification: You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and no later than [Specify a timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery, detailing the issue and providing photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

    How to Initiate a Claim for a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:

    To start a claim, please contact our customer support team at care@innovedatea.com. Please include the following information in your email:

    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item received)
    • Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item, including the packaging if damaged.

    Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with instructions on the next steps, which may include:

    • Sending you a prepaid return shipping label (for physical returns, if deemed necessary by us).
    • Instructions on how and where to send the package back to us (if a return is required).

    Important: Items sent back to us without prior claim and acceptance will not be processed.

    Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defect, or have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

    As stated earlier, we do not accept returns on our food products due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges:

    To ensure you receive the correct item promptly, the most efficient process is to request a refund or replacement for the incorrect or damaged item as per the guidelines above. Once your return (if applicable) is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the desired item.

    Cancellations:

    We understand that circumstances may change. You may request to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed and shipped. All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

    Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.

    Refund Process:
