2. Shipping Rates:

International shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Destination Country: Shipping costs vary significantly depending on the distance and logistical complexities of reaching different countries.
  • Weight of the Package: Our pricing is primarily based on the weight of your order.
  • Dimensions of the Package: In some cases, the size of your package may also influence the shipping cost.

3. Minimum Shipping Charge & Weight Optimization:

To help you save on shipping costs, we have implemented a minimum shipping charge for packages up to 250 grams for select countries ["International Shipping Offers"]. We encourage you to optimize your order weight to take advantage of this. Our system is designed to provide the most economical shipping rates based on weight tiers. Ordering multiple items can often result in a lower per-item shipping cost.

4. Free International Shipping:

We offer FREE International Shipping on orders totaling $70 USD or more (after any discounts have been applied) to eligible destinations ["International Shipping Offers"]. This offer is subject to change and may not apply to all countries.

5. Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

6. Estimated Delivery Time:

International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country, the efficiency of local postal services, and customs procedures. Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays, local holidays, and postal service disruptions, can affect delivery times.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Innoveda Tea is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the importation of your order.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order. Failure to pay these charges may result in your package being held or returned to us. In such cases, we may not be able to refund the original shipping costs.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

Due to international shipping regulations and our own internal policies, certain restrictions may apply:

  • Product Restrictions: Some products may be restricted from import into certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the import regulations of your destination country.  
  • Address Requirements: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid contact number and email address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes in international locations.

9. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the relevant carrier's website.  

 

10. Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, unforeseen circumstances during international transit can sometimes lead to loss or damage.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that investigations can take time.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damaged package and the contents. We will assess the situation and work towards a suitable resolution.

11. Returns and Refunds (International Orders):

Please note that due to the complexities of international shipping, return shipping costs and any associated customs charges are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

12. Force Majeure:

Innoveda Tea shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance of any part of this Shipping Policy if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, and disruptions in transportation or communication systems.
